New retail development including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Super Target, Belk, TJ Max, Dress for Less and other restaurants are planned for this area and once we have more information we will provide.

What advantages do residents have at the Forest Ridge Golf Club? |
|
Residents receive a complimentary VIP Resident Family Club Card. This card allows the family Club Card rates, up to three guests per visit at the same rate, 7-day advance tee times, management of golf handicap service and discounts on club sponsored events.
Residents can also purchase an annual membership that includes green and cart fees for one year, three guests per visit at the Club Card fee, 7-day advance tee times, unlimited use of range, management of golf handicap and discounts on club sponsored events, golf shop merchandise and all food. Single is $2,000 annually and Family is $3,000 annually (family is extended to spouse and children 22 years and under living in the same household and also includes free access to Swim & Tennis Center).
